Placing an Order

How do I order online?

Buying flowers online has never been easier! Once you have browsed our site and found what you like, just follow these steps:
• Click the "buy now" button. You will see details of the gift and be able to select your desired delivery date.
• Select that all-important date and click the "add to cart" button. Your shopping cart will be displayed. You can make modifications to the delivery date and quantity here.
• Click the "checkout" button. If you're a logged in as a member, you'll be able to select recipients from your Address Book. Otherwise, click the "no, thank you" button to do the same.
• After selecting recipients, you'll need to enter delivery information - no need to enter anything if you selected a Contact from your Address Book!
• Next comes your billing information. Again, there's no need to fill in your details if you are already logged in. However, remember to select the mode of payment here.
• You may opt to skip the delivery and billing preview and proceed straight to confirm your order. Then, the payment-handling mechanisms based on your selected payment mode will be initiated.
• After successful payment, voila - your order is complete!


How do I add items to my shopping cart?

If you have found something you like, click the respective "buy now" button. Details of the gift will be displayed, where you can view a larger image, choose a different size, and most importantly, select a delivery date. Once you have selected the date, click the "add to cart" button to add the gift to your shopping cart. You can access your shopping cart any time by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top of every page.

Can I save gifts in my shopping cart?

Yes. Once you place items into your shopping cart, they will remain there for up to six hours.

What happens to my order after you receive it?

Your order is given a unique Order ID and placed on our processing list. The following will also be made available:

• An email will be sent to you, notifying you of the order.
• A receipt will be presented immediately after your order is completed. Click the "view order receipt" button to view and print it.
• You can begin to track the status of your order via our Order Tracking service (please login to access this feature).
Should there be any issues with your order, our customer service representatives will be in touch with you by phone or email.

What if I don't receive any email from FarEastFlora.com?

We send out the notification email as soon as your order is completed, so you should receive it shortly. If you don't hear from us at all, the delay could be caused by heavy web traffic or overwhelming seasonal orders. You may call us at (603) 2284 7808 if you have any doubts over the status of your order. If you have been given an Order ID, please quote this in your communication.

Can I cancel or modify order?

If your order has not been delivered, please give us a call at (603) 2284 7808. However, if your order has already been processed, a 50% cancellation charge will be imposed.
