Please note that we only make deliveries to Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley. If you would like to place an order to be delivered to other parts of Malaysia, please contact us at 03-2281 1669.
Please make sure the delivery date, address and recipient's contact details which you provide are accurate. The onus is on the sender to ensure that the recipient or dedicated representative is around to receive the gift.
If the first delivery fails, we are able to arrange a redelivery for the next available time zone at a charge (amount varies depending on location).

Peak and Seasonal Period
During peak and/or seasonal period, delivery timeslot will be between 9am - 6pm. Flowers will be delivered anytime within the timeslot.
Kindly note that there will be a price increase on orders for deliveries made between 9th and 16th February. This is due to a surge in raw material costs.
Please ensure that your recipient’s address, contact numbers, and gift messages are correct when placing your order. Due to the high influx of orders, we will not be able to accommodate any amendments made to your Valentine’s Day orders.
- Substitution Info
Substitution may be necessary to ensure your order arrives on time, i.e. a specific basket, vase, soft toy etc. Our florists will substitute a similar element of equal or greater value.
We use only the freshest of flowers and so will make substitutions depending on seasonal availability. In single-variety arrangements, variety will take preference over colour. For example, if we are out of 'yellow tulips', we will substitute another colour of tulips, not another flower.
When substitution is necessary, our professional florists will ensure that the 'look and feel' of the arrangement will be maintained, with our florists paying special attention to overall shape, size, style and colour combination.
