What do you mean by “Petite”, “Deluxe” and “Premium” sizes?
For most of our flower arrangements, we offer three different sizes: Petite, As Shown/Deluxe and Upgrade/Premium. The number of flowers used in each arrangement depends on the size of the arrangement you pick. Petite will be lesser flowers, As Shown/Deluxe will be as Shown in the photo, and Premium/Upgrade will be with more flowers. Pictures used for product illustrations are taken with a As Shown/Deluxe-sized flower arrangement.

Does FarEastFlora.com.my offer floral arrangements for weddings and events?
We do! From floral arches to table arrangements and bouquets, we offer prearranged and customizable arrangements to suit any theme and budget.

What Add-On Gifts do you have and how do I order them?
From soft and cuddly companions, to chocolaty treats, balloons and herbal tonics, we offer a wide range of Add-On Gifts. You can find these thoughtful add-on gifts ideas on individual product pages or on the dedicated Gift Add-Ons page.

Can I customize my own flower bouquet or gift? 
Of course you can! If you can’t find something you fancy on our website, just reach out to us. We'll get in touch with you within the next working day to personalize your very own unique gift.

Are you open? What are your operating hours? 
We are open from Mondays to Saturdays, 9am - 6pm excluding public holidays and Sundays. We do have cash & carry bouquets and arrangements available at our retail store fridges and cold room. Our retail store is open daily from 8am-7pm for walk-ins.
