Local Delivery
Delivery within Malaysia is chargeable based on the delivery area. When placing your order, please identify the date on which your order is to be delivered. Naturally, same-day deliveries are accepted, but please refer to the following delivery schedule for specifics:
- Same-day deliveries (except Sunday) : place order by 11am and delivery timing will be anytime between 2pm - 6pm.Â
- Next-day delivery (except Sunday and Monday) : place order by 5pm and delivery timing will be anytime between 9am-1pm or 2pm-6pm the next day.
- Peak season (Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day) and Public Holidays: place order by 2pm for next-day delivery anytime between 9am-6pm. Subject to changes.
FarEastFlora.com.my delivers within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor area at this moment. We can deliver to other states in Malaysia by working with local state florist partners but do not deliver to PO boxes.
Local Delivery Fee
We order free delivery within Kuala Lumpur and selected areas in Selangor. For other areas, the delivery fee ranges from RM10 to RM100.
Redelivery Charges
For redelivery of orders, a surcharge is based on the delivery area will be applicable. If redelivery is not made on the same working day or the next working day, please note that we will have to replace your order to ensure that only the freshest and the highest quality gifts are sent to the recipients. This order is chargeable at 25% discount off the original price and is applicable for all perishable gifts like flowers, fruits and cakes.
International Delivery
Floral arrangements delivered internationally may vary due to current exchange rates, or regional and seasonal availability.
