Delivery Information

We offer deliveries from Mondays to Sundays in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Same-day deliveries are available from Mon to Saturdays for orders made by 11am. For Sundays and Public Holidays, orders placed by 4pm the day before. Our delivery schedule is anytime between morning 9am to 1pm, afternoon 2pm to 6pm or evening 6pm to 10pm. For specific delivery timing, a surcharge of range from RM100 - RM300 is applicable and subject to availability of our logistics partners/drivers. For outstation orders, orders to be place by 5pm the day before for next-day delivery. 

We recommend having the flowers and gifts delivered to an address where you or your recipient will be present on your delivery date to ensure flower freshness and avoid any unforeseen circumstances. Should you or your recipient fail to receive the flowers, a re-delivery service is available at an additional cost depending on your recipient’s location.

Our peak periods are Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas and Chinese New Year. During these periods, the normal delivery fee may be subjected to price changes/increase. The increased delivery fee will be reflected at the billing page during check out. In the event, the additional delivery fee was not charged during online payment, our Customer Service will be in contact with you to request for the payment.

Kindly note that there will be a price increase on orders for deliveries made between 9th to 16th February and 2nd week of May. This is due to a surge in raw material costs.
